Connect and Learn at OKCCDA Luncheons

A plate of salad and glasses of water and tea at the OKC CDA Luncheon.

Over 50 members of the Oklahoma City Commercial Developers Association met for our latest luncheon on March 27th, 2024. Our members enjoyed a delicious meal at the Colcord Hotel while learning about local businesses, listening to an experienced guest speaker, and connecting with other professionals in the real estate development industry.

Every OKCCDA luncheon includes a spotlight on a local business in the Oklahoma City Metro. During this meeting, we highlighted the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City. Our organization recognizes and appreciates the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City for its commitment to strengthening our local community through education, outreach programs, and more.

Our guest speaker for this event was Elizabeth Rosin, CEO of Rosin Preservation. Rosin is an experienced historic preservationist based in Kansas City, Missouri. She has consulted on numerous rehabilitation and preservation projects for various property types. During her presentation, she shared valuable information on the planning and interpretation of historic tax credits, using her extensive background to guide discussions while educating our members.

We also regularly host speakers, such as industry experts, current association members, and potential council members.
